I2P text board with required tripcode usage and a whitelist feature for said tripcodes. Autopruning turned off completely, needs the ability to have mod accounts that can delete posts, like janitors, and a higher tier of mods that can edit the whitelist, sticky threads and lock them. I might think of more shit for this later. Board should start out with the boards /b/ for offtopic shit, /tech/ for general tech advice, opsec and so on, /meta/ for announcements and contact with the mods and /anime/ for the anime archival project with the option to add further boards if other media starts being archived.

Wiki. Needs bots that can make new wiki pages so that I can simply give them a list like https://pad.riseup.net/p/Team_1_%28pre_70s%29 and they'll make a bunch of wiki pages out of the title. We'll also need a different set of bots that can be told by the tripcode users on the whitelist to edit one of the pages, however they should only be able to include or exclude the name of a user from the side, further editing of the wiki should be limited to the high tier mods. The wiki also has to have a record of what tripuser made what edit through the bot.Each wiki page should contain a magnet link that is updated when new people start seeding, usual tracker stuff. Wiki needs search function by anime name, pages with 0 seeders should be marked somehow. This way, the wiki has the magnet link and a list of the ones that are seeding.

Wiki should also contain a section for articles about user guidelines, basically a list os static documents where the mods can write guides and shit.
